TPLNG Outlook – Defence or Offense?

In what’s shaping up to be the toughest year in LNG’s history, we are approaching the half way point and it looks ugly. Lower demand, spot European prices around $1.20/MMBtu, supply containment problems and shut ins of ~ 40% of USLNG liquefaction capacity.

Qatar Petroleum, say they are definitely keeping to their 49Mtpa expansion plans alongside their development in Golden Pass in the USA.
